To make a purchase on Ransom Holding Co., browse a category under the ‘shop’ header and click to add items to your shopping cart. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart link found at the top right hand corner of your screen. Once in the shopping cart, you will have the ability to update items and quantities before checkout.

Prior to checkout you will be required to set up a Ransom Holding Co. account. Here, you will be able to update personal information such as contact information, billing and shipping address. You will also be able to track your current orders and the status of any approved returns. Once your account is set up you will be able to log in prior to future purchases on the Ransom Holding Co. website.


Ransom Holding Co. ensures that stock availability online matches inventory on hand. If for some reason the item(s) purchased is not in stock, notification will be sent immediately and you will be given the option to either change or cancel your order.




Purchases made in British Columbia are subject to a 12% HST tax rate.
Purchases made in Ontario are subject to a 13% HST tax rate.
Purchases made in Newfoundland are subject to a 15% HST tax rate.
Purchases made in Nova Scotia are subject to a 15% HST tax rate.
Purchases made in New Brunswick are subject to a 15% HST tax rate.
All remaining Canadian provinces are subject to a 5% GST tax rate on all purchases.


Before every purchase an account must be set up with Ransom Holding Co. Once a purchase has been completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email as soon as your order is received. An email will also be sent to you once your order has shipped, and will include your tracking number. You may also log in to your account, where the tracking number for your purchase will be posted.
